Mr. Fiebig is a Senior Director in the Philadelphia office of HFF with extensive experience in commercial real estate, including investment sales, equity placement and debt. He is primarily responsible for private client multi-housing investment sales transactions throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. During the course of his career, Mr. Fiebig has been involved in more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Fiebig joined the firm in December 2013. Prior to HFF, he was an Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s national multi-housing group specializing in the sale of multi-housing assets in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. His group was the highest producing multi-housing team in the Mid-Atlantic region for Marcus & Millichap, closing more than 3,000 multi-housing units annually.
